Information about refund requests for ROOTNET VPN subscriptions.
A Customer may request a refund in cases provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, including where a paid service was not provided, was provided improperly or was provided in breach of applicable obligations.
Refund requests are reviewed individually taking into account the circumstances of the payment and provision of the ROOTNET VPN service.

Please provide the e-mail address associated with the ROOTNET account, the payment date, payment amount and other information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction.
The Contractor reviews the request and may request additional information necessary to verify the payment and the circumstances of the request.
Refund requests are considered within the time limits established by applicable legislation.
Where a refund is approved, the funds are returned using the payment method available through the relevant payment provider, where technically possible.
The time required for the funds to appear after the refund has been processed may depend on the payment provider, bank or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
